As per the data of 2017-18 about 60,354 commercial flights landed and departed at this busiest airport of Pakistan and 105 flights weekly landed from Islamabad at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi.

FLIGHTS TO ISLAMABAD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:

The Islamabad international airport was put operational on 1st May 2018 for the public. It is the international airport that serves Islamabad – Rawalpindi metropolitan area. As per 2018 data, 74 flights weekly departed from Islamabad to Karachi and 105 flights landed at this busy airport.

FLIGHTS TO ALLAMA IQBAL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:

Allama Iqbal International airport is the second most busiest airport in Pakistan that deals with a great number of flights departing and arriving on daily basis. Allama Iqbal International airport is located in the 2nd largest city of Pakistan, Lahore. According to the statistic of 2018-2019, the total of 32,640 number of aircraft movements was recorded. Flights from different parts of the world land here, in the city that holds the record of being the 26th largest city in the world.

FLIGHTS TO BACHA KHAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:

Bacha Khan International airport ranks as the fourth most busiest airport of Pakistan located in Peshawar. The airlines serving at this airport includes Pakistan International Airlines, Emirates, Air Sial, and Gulf Air.  

It ranks the fourth most busiest airport by a total number of 7835 flights landing and departing there to Pakistan from different parts of the world according to 2018-2019 data.

FLIGHTS TO MULTAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:

Multan is Pakistan’s 7th largest city and is the major cultural and economic center of Southern Punjab. The Multan’s International Airport ranks the 5th most busiest airport of Pakistan that dealt with 7835 number of flights in 2018-2019. 

According to 2019-2020 statistics, it dealt with 1,339,179 passengers and 8335 flights landing and departing from there.

THE ECONOMY STRENGTH:

Pakistan’s airports are serving at their best and dealing with a great number of flights every day. It is estimated that the airlines and the air transport support Pakistan’s GDP by an estimated $2 billion. Pakistan entertains domestic as well as international flights which also promotes Pakistan’s tourism industry, business and serves as the engine of economic development of the country.
